Types of calculators NOT permitted:

• hand-held minicomputers or laptop computers
• electronic writing pads or pen-input devices
• pocket organizers
• calculators with QWERTY (typewriter-like) keypads
• calculators with paper tape
• calculators that "talk" or make unusual noise
• calculators that require an electrical outlet

For Example, a TI 83 is acceptable, but a TI 89 is not.
