Undergraduate Math Majors (grad students' link),

Before you meet your adviser, enter the classes you plan to take for the next 3 semesters into your Plan of Work.

Each semester starts with an Advising Hold placed on your student account. The Advising Hold is released by meeting with your adviser. Once the release has been issued, you can register for classes when your Enrollment Appointment arrives.

• For advising, visit Dr. Scroggs during office hours or arrange an appointment. Standard office hours are posted online (link), but often change without official notice. Appointments are recommended.
  

I have about 300 advisees. That means meeting with me early is strongly suggested. If Math is your first major, you should have your Advising Hold released by your math adviser.
