Class Chat

There are three primary means of internal communications in this class:

• E-mail is used when Dr. Page or Jennifer wish to communicate with a single student or a small group of students.
• The News Page is used when Dr. Page or Jennifer wish to communicate with the entire class.
• The Forums in WebAssign are used whenever students want to pass information to the class or ask questions to the entire class. The Forums are found under the Communications Tab at the top of your WebAssign home page.

If a small group of students wants to communicate with each other, you can set up whatever mechanism you like (e-mail, IM, blog, or whatever). Feel free to use the WebAssign Forums. For example, if you want to form a study group and would like to get in touch with other students who may be interested, you can use the appropriate forum to indicate your interest and to invite others to contact you by giving contact information.
