| The application fee for the Graduate Program will be paid by the Department of Mathematics upon receipt of a completed application provided the applicant has a 3.5 or higher GPA in their most recent program. The Mathematics Department Graduate Secretary must receive directly from the applicant an official copy of the transcript showing the GPA and a request to pay the Graduate School application fee. The request from the applicant may be by e-mail or letter. The Graduate School does not forward transcripts to the Department until AFTER fees are paid so it is essential that the transcripts be sent directly to the Mathematics Department if fee payment is requested. The Mathematics Department will then forward the application to the Graduate School. Send a copy of the on-line application and all other requested materials directly to the Graduate Secretary for processing.
