First you will need a SFTP program like WINSCP, WIN-FTP for PC or Fetch, FUGU for MAC.

SMARTFTP: free download for PC

Fetch: free download for MAC

FUGU: free download for MAC

Your FTP server name is ftp.ncsu.edu
Choose SFTP
Type in your username and password and choose connect. You should see a list of your files.
