From the Author:

This dictionary was designed assist the thousands of students at North Carolina State University with the Maple component to their calculus classes. This is only the first edition, but already it covers more than one hundred of the most commonly used commands. Examples are provided with most of the commands and the examples range in scope from one or two lines for simpler commands like abs or sqrtto the two pages devoted to the more complicated dsolve command.

The dictionary itself is divided into three parts:

  1. Symbols like ? or @@
  2. Constants like E or Pi
  3. Functions & Commands like simplify or int

Ordered alphabetically and reasonably understandable, this dictionary should complement a student's experience with Maple very well.
